They offer four plans to choose from which covers over 400 procedures with no deductible or annual maximums with 100% coverage for preventive care when you see an in-network provider. Ameritas also has a good standalone Dental & Vision Plan. They provide you with your own enrollment link that you can email to your clients or you can place your Enrollment Link on your profile so consumer can simply Quote & Enroll themselves.
